Lo! the sky has darkened beyond my gaze
The stars all shine above
Lying still in my bath
When no thoughtless fools cross my path
My mind and heart turns to thoughts of Love
Her gentle voice calls to me
Her eyes twinkle like those stars
'T is not so hard to realize
How much serenity means to the heart
When the domicile is silent
Love's voice can be clearly heard
Let us have more nights like this
And an end to pointless words
