Shocking story about a small gynecology clinic in Pune, India which lacks the money to upgrade, including to purchase anesthesia for operations and, instead, the doctor and his wife, as nurse, chloroform the patient before operating. Otherwise, the operation is standard. The purpose is to remove the patient's Fallopian tubes to make her safe for sex with either a native or a foreigner. The case described is the fifteenth of fifteen. A foreigner comes to collect the girl.

In Part Two, the teenage daughter of the district DCP visits the clinic to be examined and ends up taken to the basement.
In Part Three, she is restrained in typical foreign bondage sex manner like the previous fifteen patients and received a standard operation; then, while her father and the CID investigate, the doctor and his wife pay the policeman's wife a house calland operate on her too. Meanwhile, the officerrs find a strange place but they can't find any clues yet.
